How Long We Keep It

Information sticks around only as long as it serves a real purpose: maintaining your membership, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, or enforcing agreements. Once none of those apply, it doesn't need to stay.

Who Else Touches Your Data

We rely on outside platforms to run parts of our business, including MarianaTek for scheduling and memberships, payment processors, and email marketing tools. Each operates under its own privacy and security practices.

Your Rights Under PIPA

You're entitled to:

• See what personal information we hold about you

• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate

• Withdraw consent for how we use your information, where applicable
