  • Beginner Basics

    Where do I start? Introducing Beginner Basic, a comprehensive full-body flow that embodies all the fundamental Pilates principles. With clear instructions guiding each movement, a layered approach starting with the basics

  • Relax & Restore

    This class is your invitation to embrace intuitive movement and dynamic stretching, allowing your body to surrender and release built-up tension. Through the gentle support of reformer springs and straps, we target those troublesome areas – your back, shoulders, and hips – unlocking newfound flexibility! Definitely our most popular class, booking out days in advanced so if you see a spot grab it!

  • Nifty Classic

    Nifty Classic, a versatile and inclusive approach to reformer Pilates suitable for all levels. In each class, you'll follow the foundational Pilates flow, but with a unique twist from our diverse instructors who incorporate various props and creative variations. Each session is designed to challenge your mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility, ensuring every muscle group is thoroughly engaged.


  • Power Flow

    This invigorating class combines the core principles of Pilates with targeted exercises aimed at enhancing muscle endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Led by expert instructors, each session offers a balanced blend of challenge and precision, empowering you to unlock your full potential.   • Reformer HIIT

    Looking to spice up your workout with some extra cardio? Get ready to kick it up a notch with our (high intensity) HIIT class! You'll feel the burn in the first 5 minutes, as you challenge your core, glutes and legs to the max. It's a total body blast that'll have you sweating with a smile in no time!

  • Studio Takeover

    Celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, or bringing your team together? We've got you covered! Gather up to 13 people for a 50-minute class designed for all levels, and enjoy the studio all to yourselves with one of our expert instructors. WHats the process, how do I start?

Four easy steps to join us in the studio.

Excited to start your Pilates journey, but not sure what to do first? We’ve got you.

  1. Create your profile using your name, email and a password. We recommend opting into email and text notifications so you never miss a waitlist spot. Pinky promise, we won’t bug you.

  2. Choose what package works for you: a Membership, a Credit Pack, or our First-Timer’s Intro Special.

  3. Head to the schedule and book a class that fits your life. PS: waitlists move fast.

  4. Once you’re booked, complete your liability waiver and arrive at the studio 10 to 15 minutes early. We’ll take it from there and have a great class together!

FAQs

  • You can book a class through our Nifty Pilates app (available for Apple & Android) or here on our website. Simply create an account, browse our class schedule, and reserve your reformer. If you’re new to our studio, you’ll need to create an account before booking.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients start with little to no reformer Pilates experience. Our instructors will guide you through every excericse and offer options so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable and managaeable.

    Our Beginner Basics, Nifty Classic, and Relax & Restore classes are great places to start if you’re new to reformer Pilates.

  • Definitely. We do our best to support clients with movement restrictions by offering modifications during class. While we are not a rehabilitation clinic, our expert instructors can provide options to help you move comfortably and safely.

    If you have an injury or limitation, we strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to speak with your instructor so we can help guide you through appropriate modifications.

  • To ensure fair access to classes, our late-cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Standard Members (including punch passes): Late cancellations apply if canceled within 8 hours of the class start time.

    • Active Members (those with a reoccurring membership): Late cancellations apply if canceled within 4 hours of the class start time.

    Please note: we do not accept bookings or cancellations for classes via social media. Please manage your bookings online or through your app or send us an email at info@niftypilates.com for support.

  • Yes. Once you’ve created your account, filling out our liability waiveris a must before your first class. It only takes a minute, but it gives us helpful info about your Pilates background, any medical alerts, and an emergency contact. Thanks so much for taking care of that before your visit!

  • If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class up to one hour before start time. You’ll receive a notification, and our cancellation policy will apply if you do not attend. Be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer planning to come!

  • Yes! There’s ample parking near the studio:

    • Street Parking on Tutt and Grove: Paid from 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. It’s free before 9 AM, after 5 PM, and all day on weekends.

    • Weekend Parking: Parking is free all weekend!

    Please note: we have tons of amazing places to eat in this neighbourhood and Kelowna can be known for it’s traffic, so parking could get a little tricky during peak-eating hours. Please plan accordingly so you aren’t late for class!

  • Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness routine, especially during pregnancy.

    Once you have their approval, we’re here to support you! Pilates can be an excellent way to stay active during pregnancy, and we’d love to help you adapt exercises to suit your journey.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If it is your first class at Nifty, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to discuss injuries and learn about the reformer.

    If there’s an in-person waitlist, your reformer may be given to someone waiting. To maintain a focused and disruption-free class environment, we lock the studio door 3 minutes after the class begins and the door will not be unlocked until class is over. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  • Bring a water bottle, grippy socks (or purchase them at the studio), and wear comfortable, flexible workout attire, ideally form-fitting so we can keep an eye on your movement.

    We require new clients to arrive 10 minutes early to check in, settle in, and get ready for class.
